Well, it's February and no posts in 2010.

Will there ever be another come back? To make it successful, you could add UPQ back normally, try maybe 1 month of dedi server to see if any donations come in, and update some new things ums didn't have previously.

If they brought back everything from the old UMS including exp rates ect. Then I'm betting the server will get very popular and donators will come.
